Because this pulling of the Moon also affects other water sources, the water used in the brewing process that happens during the pulling of the Moon will be more vulnerable as well and would accept herbs and ingredients much easier. Therefore, the flavours that the brewmaster can extract out of the same amount of ingredients will be much more if the brewing process takes place during a night of full moon. This knowledge was applied by our brewmaster Gert into the making of our unique Belgo Full Moon, which resulted in intense taste and aromas that linger on delicately even after you've finished your Full Moon bottle!
